Vegan or not?

I'm having a debate.. and if anyone reads this, please give me your opinion! I LOVE the ideas of raw foodism, veganism, etc... but if it ends up deteorating my health, I don't want to do it. Please tell me what you know. It's much appreciated!

  1. I don't know much. All I know, is I feel sick if I eat meat and only meat; I feel sick if I only eat cereal; I feel sick if I only eat sugar (faster than the other two mind you). What's the best course of action? Dunno. I believe it differs per person. Check out the website energizeforlife.com, I learned a lot of useful tips and food philosophies. <3

  2. I'm not sure if you know, but I'm vegetarian. (Not vegan, but it's close) I have been since I was 4. All my own choice, and I don't think I'll ever change it. But it's a big stress on my life sometimes. Personally, I'd recommend cutting down on meat, dairy or whatever instead of cutting it out entirely. Then you retain more flexibility and avoid developing food aversions. (E.g. if you go to someone's house and you're absolutely starving but the only food they have has meat in it.) But that's just me.
